Warranty Repair Service

Please use this form for reporting warranty service items requiring repair.

Please do not use the form to report routine maintenance issues, relocation or modification of items, equipment, and other similar problems.

Warranties are valid and in place for the first year after the initial purchase date of each Brownstone residence.  In addition, the warranty on all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing) delivery systems is valid for the first two (2) years after the initial purchase date, per the TRCC.  For the details of your warranty coverage, please consult your homeowners manual.
